First time trying this spot. Owner offered to let me sample many of his homemade sauces, super nice and sauces were fresh and unique. Talked with the owners for a bit and you can tell how much care goes into the food they make. Got a mixed shawarma with wedges and got a little bit of the spicy cherry sauce and banana sauce to go, owner suggested to try with some vanilla ice cream. Best shawarma in Windsor hands down, everything was 10/10. Will be back
Shawarma is always my go-to, and I've had it so many times at so many different places. STEAK & SHAWARMA is legit one of the best to do it. 10/10. The owners are always there, always smiling and engaging with the customers. You can literally taste the love in the food. They're super passionate about every plate served. The beef is super tender and cooked to perfection. And oh man, the sauces. WOW. Just WOW. If i had 3 thumbs or even 4. This is my new favorite spot.
Drove over from Detroit just to visit Canada. I stoped here for lunch with a family member and I have 0 regrets, this was by far the best Shawarma and Poutine I have ever had. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

I've been living in Windsor pretty much my entire life and never tried their food until today. Definitely my new favourite shawarma spot. The owners are incredibly friendly and the service makes you feel right at home. Also they make a variety of sauces in-house made with real fruits - my favourite was the mango sauce, and their sweet & spicy sauce is so good, make sure to ask for it! Probably the best part was the chicken itself. It's often the case that shawarma is dry, but the chicken here was tender, juicy, and well marinated! My only minor complaint is that the wrap could have had more chicken, but I still left feeling pretty full! I'm definitely looking forward to trying other menu items.
It’s been 2 weeks since we visited from Toronto and we still can’t find anything like Steak n Shawarma here. The on the rocks was unreal and the garlic sauce was next level. Super nice owners too — we wish we had this spot in Toronto!
One of the best Philly Steak Sub I had in my life! They serve halal food. The sub was mouthwatering & I’m craving for more. They do have lot of options on their menu. They prepare the food fresh, so please wait 10-12 minutes for the food to be served. Nice and clean dining arrangements too. Parking is there too. Would love to come back next time I’m visiting Windsor.
